People need to feel that they are part of a team, and so there is a community ‘Tea Time’ each Thursday, and every Friday after 4 pm we tell our people to stop work and pursue some sort of program of personal development. Groups of SK Communications’ employees go to movies together and organize inspirational cultural events at least once each season. We truly value our family atmosphere, and our CEO, Mr. Hyun Oh Yoo, opens his office door to any employee for any reason. To strengthen communication and understanding across business units, we allow any member of our staff to write and publish articles in the company’s in-house magazine.
